# I can't save my track on the Whympr Web App

The Iphigénie Web App lets you **create, edit, and organize your routes directly from your browser** on a large screen. Here’s how to get the most out of it.

## 1️⃣ Requirements for optimal use
* **Log in at:** [https://tracks.iphigen.ie/](https://tracks.iphigen.ie/)
* **Use a computer (PC/Mac)**
| ✅ Recommended | 🚫 Avoid |
| ---- |
| Chrome, Safari, Edge | Brave, mobile browsers |
| Stable connection | Active VPN or ad blocker |

Some ad blockers or VPNs (e.g., Bitdefender, Brave) may block certain features of the Web App.

## 2️⃣ If the Save button isn’t working

Check that:
* You have entered a **group** and **subgroup**
* Try using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
*  **Disable your VPN and ad blocker**

## 3️⃣ Synchronization

Automatic synchronization is not yet available between our products; the traces created in your web app will not automatically appear on your mobile device and will require manual export.
