# I have a partner promo code. How do I use it? (FFCAM, SNAM, ENSA, etc.)

### Where do I enter the code?
The promo code can be used **only on the website** during checkout, at the final step of the process:

### Already a subscriber?
Be sure to **cancel your current subscription** first in your phone’s settings (Subscriptions section) to avoid being charged twice.

### Is the page asking for an “access link”?
You probably clicked on **“Manage my subscription”** instead of **“Subscribe”**. Just try again by clicking the correct button.

### Where can you find your code?
* **FFCAM** - on the intranet section of your CAF member portal
* **SNAM** - on the intranet section of your member portal
* **ENSA** - provided directly by the institution
