# My subscription isn't recognized (Restore)

## Purchase made through the Whympr website
If you purchased your subscription directly on our [__website__](https://get.whympr.com/), it **cannot be restored through the App Store or Google Play**. In this case, please **contact our support team** if you encounter any issues
## Apple Store / Play Store Subscription
To restore a subscription from an **iPhone**:
* Open the app
* Go to *Profile / Account Information*
* Tap *Restore My Purchases*
