# Reset my password (forgot my password)

### 📱 **From the mobile app:**

###### **If you're not logged in:**
* Tap **“Forgot your password?”** directly on the login page.
###### **If you're already logged in:**
* Go to **Profile > Account Information > Edit My Profile**.
* Click on “**Change password**”.

### 🌐 **From the Web App:**

1. Go to [tracks.iphigen.ie](https://tracks.iphigen.ie/).
2. Click **“Log in with Whympr”**.
3. Click **“Forgot your password?”**.

###### If that doesn't work: 

**1. Check for app updates**
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed from the Play Store or the App Store.
**2. Sign in via Apple, Google, or Facebook**
If you created your account with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you don’t need to reset your password. Just sign in using those options.
**3. Check your email address**
Be careful of typos when entering your email address.
**4. Check your spam folder**
The password reset email may be in your spam folder.
