# Mon abonnement n'est pas detecté (Restaurer)

## Achat effectué via le site Whympr
Si tu as souscrit votre abonnement directement sur notre [__site web__](https://get.whympr.com/), celui-ci ne pourra **pas être restauré via l’App Store ou Google Play**. Dans ce cas, merci de **contacter notre support** en cas de problème
## Abonnement Apple Store / PlayStore
Pour restaurer un abonnement depuis un **iPhone** :
* lance l'application
* Va dans *Profil / Information sur le compte*
* Clique sur *Restaurer mes achats*
