I can't save my track on the Whympr Web App

The Iphigénie Web App lets you create, edit, and organize your routes directly from your browser on a large screen. Here’s how to get the most out of it.


1️⃣ Requirements for optimal use

✅ Recommended

🚫 Avoid

Chrome, Safari, Edge

Brave, mobile browsers

Stable connection

Active VPN or ad blocker


Some ad blockers or VPNs (e.g., Bitdefender, Brave) may block certain features of the Web App.


2️⃣ If the Save button isn’t working


Check that:

  • You have entered a group and subgroup
  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
  • Disable your VPN and ad blocker


3️⃣ Synchronization


Automatic synchronization is not yet available between our products; the traces created in your web app will not automatically appear on your mobile device and will require manual export.
