I can't save my track on the Whympr Web App
The Iphigénie Web App lets you create, edit, and organize your routes directly from your browser on a large screen. Here’s how to get the most out of it.
1️⃣ Requirements for optimal use
- Log in at: https://tracks.iphigen.ie/
- Use a computer (PC/Mac)

Chrome, Safari, Edge | Brave, mobile browsers |
Stable connection | Active VPN or ad blocker |
Some ad blockers or VPNs (e.g., Bitdefender, Brave) may block certain features of the Web App.
2️⃣ If the Save button isn’t working
Check that:
- You have entered a group and subgroup
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
- Disable your VPN and ad blocker
3️⃣ Synchronization
Automatic synchronization is not yet available between our products; the traces created in your web app will not automatically appear on your mobile device and will require manual export.
