What do I do if I already have a Whympr subscription and I want to buy the Outdoor Pack?

1 - If you are subscribed to Whympr Premium (1 year or 3 months) via Google Play (Android) and:**

Option 1: You purchased the Outdoor Pack through the Whympr app:

Your Premium subscription is automatically replaced by the Outdoor Pack.
💰 You will only pay the price difference, considering the unused months.

Example:

You have an annual subscription at €39.99. You’ve used 6 months, so you have 6 unused months left (€12.48). The amount to pay for the Outdoor Pack will be €39.99 - €12.48 = €27.51.**‍**

Option 2: You purchased the Outdoor Pack through the Whympr or Iphigénie website

No refund will be issued for your Premium subscription.
🛑 Remember to manually cancel your Premium subscription in your phone’s subscription settings to avoid automatic renewal.

How to cancel your subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play app.
Go to Subscriptions.
Select your Whympr Premium subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.*‍**

2 - If you are subscribed to Whympr Premium (1 year, 3 months, Silver, or Bronze) via the App Store (iOS) and:

Option 1: You purchased the Outdoor Pack through the Whympr app

Your Premium subscription is automatically replaced by the Outdoor Pack.
💰 Apple will automatically refund you on a pro-rata basis for unused months.*‍**

Option 2: You purchased the Outdoor Pack through the Whympr or Iphigénie website

No refund will be issued.
🛑 Don’t forget to manually cancel your Premium subscription in your phone’s subscription settings to avoid automatic renewal.

How to cancel your subscription on iOS:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose your Whympr Premium subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
