To request an invoice:
Purchase made on the Play Store
To request an invoice if you made your purchase through the Play Store, you’ll need to log in to your purchase account at https://payments.google.com and then:
- Click on “Subscriptions and Services”
- Click on your Whympr subscription
- Click on “View Transactions”
- Click on the purchase for which you want a receipt
- Click on “Download Tax Receipt” in the right-hand column
Please note: Support cannot provide you with an invoice for a Google Play purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact Google Play Support
Purchase made on the Apple Store
For each purchase or renewal, the invoice is sent to the email address associated with the Apple account that authorized the purchase.
If you can’t find it, you can ask Apple to resend it from your purchase history.
- Click on the transaction in question
- Select the “resend” option
Please note: Support cannot provide you with an invoice for an Apple Store purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact Apple Support
Purchase made on the Whympr website
To obtain an invoice if you made your purchase through the website, you’ll need to log in with your purchase account at https://get.whympr.com/prix, then:
- Select the relevant subscription (either Iphigénie Carto or Pack OUTDOOR)
- Click on “Manage Subscription”
You can also view your invoices via email or request one from customer support if needed.
