My subscription isn't recognized (Restore)

If you purchased your subscription directly on our website, it cannot be restored through the App Store or Google Play. In this case, please contact our support team if you encounter any issues
Apple Store / Play Store Subscription
To restore a subscription from an iPhone:
- Open the app
- Go to Profile / Account Information
- Tap Restore My Purchases
