Reset my password (forgot my password)

📱 From the mobile app:


If you're not logged in:
  • Tap “Forgot your password?” directly on the login page.
If you're already logged in:
  • Go to Profile > Account Information > Edit My Profile.
  • Click on “Change password”.





🌐 From the Web App:


  1. Go to tracks.iphigen.ie.
  2. Click “Log in with Whympr”.
  3. Click “Forgot your password?”.





If that doesn't work:


1. Check for app updates

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed from the Play Store or the App Store.

2. Sign in via Apple, Google, or Facebook

If you created your account with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you don’t need to reset your password. Just sign in using those options.

3. Check your email address

Be careful of typos when entering your email address.

4. Check your spam folder

The password reset email may be in your spam folder.


If the problem persists:

Contact us via our support tool available on the website.
